The Best Smokers for Catering

While any of our models are fairly easy to transport because of our large, never-flat wheels, we built a few Judge models specifically for barbecuers that are always cooking something up for a crowd. In addition, our 4-foot and 5-foot Judge models come packed with the best equipment for caterers. You can even choose between legs and mounting pads, or trailer-mounted options for each Judge model as well.

4-FT WITH STAINLESS FLAT RACKS

If you’re looking for something you can cook for a crowd with, the Judge 4FT with Stainless flat racks is your best bet. It is equipped with 4 Stainless Flat racks and 3 Stainless grilling grates that can fit up to 56 three pound, whole chickens.

4-FT WITH ROTISSERIE MODEL

This model is equipped with 8 Stainless Rotisserie racks and 3 Stainless grilling grates. If you need more cooking surface, 4 additional Stainless Rotisserie racks can be added. The rotisserie model provides consistent heat throughout the cooking process.

5-FT WITH ROTISSERIE

Much like the 4-foot model, the 5-ft Judge with Stainless Rotisserie comes standard with equipped with 8 Stainless Rotisserie racks and 3 stainless grilling grates. This model, however, gives you more cooking surface than the smaller model. Therefore, if “bigger is better” is your motto, this is your go-to. As with the smaller version, you still have the ability to add 4 additional Stainless Rotisserie racks.

5-FT WITH STORAGE BOX, V-NOSE, AND PROPANE HOLDER

Ready for an upgrade? Then the 5-ft Judge with a storage box, v-nose, and propane holder is for you! The large storage box is perfect for hauling all of your barbecue supplies. In fact, this model also has hinged sides that can be used for additional work space for those times when you feel like you can never get enough space.
