Christmas is right around the corner, and it truly wouldn’t be Christmas without a Glazed Smoked Holiday Ham to serve to your family and friends. The sweet and savory flavors will bring you back to your fondest holiday memories. This dish when used with an American Barbeque System smoker will leave you room in the kitchen for more sides to accompany the delicious entree.

For this recipe you will need:
To start off you will want to preheat your smoker to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Using Cherry wood for smoking wood will best compliment your ham. After your smoker is preheated place the ham on the rack and let smoke for about 1 hour. After an hour has passed, insert a thermometer probe into the middle of the ham. While your ham is cooking mix both brown sugars, apple juice, and mustard in a saucepan until homogenous.
Place mixture over medium heat until it simmers and reduces. Once the internal temperature of the ham is 135 degrees begin to brush brown sugar mixture on top of ham. Do this a handful of times until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees. After it reaches 140 internal temperature take off of the smoker and allow to rest for 10-15 Minutes. After the ham is fully rested, you’re able to carve, serve, and enjoy!
